Our Mission
We will conduct a professional non-invasive in spection of the property,
designed to provide a snapshot of the observable condition of the home
and related systems at the time of inspection. Provide a clear concise
report, in a timely manner, to assist our client in their decision
making process.
We will do this to the best of our abilities in accordance
with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the National Association
of Certified Home Inspectors
(NACHI), the Kentucky Standards (KY License #2246) and our company’s Standards of Practice.
Our Procedure
The inspection is scheduled to accommodate your needs as
a home buyer or seller. The inspection will take approximately two hours
and will
be conducted in accordance with ASHI, NACHI, and our company Standards
of Practice. During the inspection, digital photographs will be taken
to provide a visual reference to items discussed in the finished report.
The completed report will be available immediately online and we will
print and deliver the completed report to you or your agent by the next
business day.
